Cooking
Meat cut into strips.
Press out half of the garlic.
Soy sauce and balsamic vinegar (1 tbsp).
RUB on a small grater, half of the ginger.
Add the spices and I added a bit of salt (this is to taste, since the soy sauce is already salty, but not enough for me).
All mix well and leave for an hour and a half.
After 1.5 hours, make the batter. Mix egg and 2 tablespoons of starch.
Add cold water (a quarter Cup) and whisk with a fork.
Pour the meat with the mixture.
Heat oil. Better olive, but vegetable is odorless. Fry the meat in it, small portions.
Take out the meat with a slotted spoon...
... and lay out on a paper towel so that it absorbed the excess oil.
Now you can already start cooking the noodles. I had such...
In boiling salted water, add a little olive oil.
And noodles. Cook until cooked. The water is drained, the noodles do not wash.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. Fry the celery, cut into strips.
Add onion, cut into strips (I cut not across and along). Sprinkle with sugar.
Squeeze out the remaining garlic...
Grate the remaining ginger, add the remaining vinegar, spices and a little salt.
A teaspoon of starch, dilute in a small amount of water.
To the sauce add a quarter Cup of water and starch mixture. Mix well.
Add the meat, warmed up in about 5 minutes.
Served with noodles, and a good mood!!! Bon Appetit!!! And... Happy New Year!!!
