Cooking
I kneaded the dough using the bread machine, but you can knead it in the usual way. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm water, add olive oil and soy sauce "Kikkoman".
Add the sifted flour, salt and sugar to taste, a pinch of rosemary, dry yeast. Place the bucket in a bread machine, include the mode of kneading. Give the dough to increase in volume by about 2-3 times.
On a greased with olive oil form put the dough, flatten the entire surface of the form.
Sprinkle the cherry tomatoes (I cut them in half) and sun-dried tomato (for decoration), a little olive oil. Sprinkle with rosemary and salt.
Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes at 190 degrees. Lenten bread with tomatoes and rosemary ready. Bon appétit!
