Cake
Tender and juicy, chocolate, with cherries and almonds and a slight hint of Amaretto... I wish that this kiss was eternal... a Recipe from old magazine clippings. Thought he was going to have a job, it turned out that to cook a cake very easy and simple.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Soda

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Butter

  • Cherry

    300 g

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Liqueur

    3 Tbsp

For the dough mix in a food processor (or blender) 2 eggs, 0.5 cups of sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa powder and a teaspoon of baking soda (repaid in vinegar or lemon juice). Add flour, sour cream and half cans of condensed milk. It turns out the dough is rather liquid than solid.

Pour the dough into baking tray lined with baking paper (keep in mind that the dough will rise to a height of 2-3 cm). Bake at 180 deg. about 20 minutes (stuck match should go dry).

For the cream mix as it should (better beat with mixer) 1 egg, heaping tablespoon flour, 3 tablespoons of sugar and a glass of cold water. Put on the heat, stirring constantly, bring to a boil on a slow fire cook until thick (it was written in the original – 15 minutes, I have already thickened in about three minutes). Consider that in the process of cooling the mass thickens even more, so no need to boil very much. Cooled.

Butter (not margarine! It is the oil consisting of cream), beat with a mixer at slow speed.

The cooled mass was added (in parts, about three or four times), each time whisk until smooth. Then pour the remaining condensed milk (half can), whisk slowly and then another two or three minutes at maximum speed to get the light, airy cream.

The cherries will defrost, stecchi juice mixed with Amaretto (or brandy, or something else – to taste) and will use for impregnation of cakes. Almonds chop with a knife. I cut the resulting cake into 4 squares, cutting along the edges of the strips approximately 1.5 cm wide (they cut cubes).

On a plate put the cake impregnated with a mixture of juice and Amaretto, then – cream, cherries and almonds.

The second cake (impregnated) – cream. On the second plate do the same thing (cake – cream, cherry, almond, cake, cream). The remaining cream, cherries, almond mix, add cubes of cake mix, spread on top of both cake.

Cook the glaze. Cocoa powder, sugar and a little water (just to mix) stir, put on fire, stirring constantly, wait until the sugar has dissolved. Then pour the glaze on top and put the cake overnight in the refrigerator.
