Cooking
First we need to prepare containers for jelly – I took 8 glasses. Now move to making the first layer. Milk bring to the boil and then allow it to cool to 60-70 degrees. Then add gelatin, sugar and vanilla sugar. Pour into glasses and leave jelly in the refrigerator until solidification of the layer.
Grate the chocolate and add to the milk layer. Next layer add lemon jello (you may take jelly of a different flavour, but so it was yellow). I took soluble jelly, which includes gelatin, following the instructions, dissolve it in hot water, cooled, and poured on the milk layer. Leave jelly in the fridge for half an hour. At this time on a steam bath melt the chocolate. Cool the chocolate, add it to the lemon layer.
While hardening the layer with the chocolate, prepare the next layer – peach (you can take jelly of a different flavour, but that was an orange color). This layer is prepared as well as lemon. Fill the remaining layer and leave it to harden in the fridge.
