Soak the beans overnight.The first water after boiling, drain, cover with cold water, add a whole onion, add salt and boil until tender. Drain the water into the Cup. 2 cloves of garlic squeeze through the press.To suppress the beans with a potato masher for the potatoes(you can use a blender), add garlic and, if necessary, add bean broth. Place on a plate and pour the fried onions!
