Brown rice
For anybody not a secret that brown rice is a storehouse of vitamins and valuable nutrients. And yet it is possible to prepare an excellent side dish for chicken or dish.

Ingredients

    1 cup

  • Broth

    0.6 l

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Basil

  • Paprika sweet

  • Chili

  • Ketchup

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Cut into small cubes onion, celery and garlic. Fry in olive oil (can use sunflower oil) until translucent onion. Then add the carrots cut in small cubes.

In a few minutes, fill it with rice, stir, cover and leave for 2-3 minutes.

Then start to ladle to add the chicken broth. The saucepan with the broth it is better to keep on a nearby burner, so it was hot.

Brown rice cooks longer than white. After you start adding the broth will need 25 minutes. 10 minutes until cooked (approximately 15 minutes as added broth) seasoned with Basil, paprika and Chile. Mix and add ketchup.

Can be served as a side dish to the chicken, but you can just. Bon appetite!:) This recipe can be cooked white rice, but then the cooking time will be less.
