Mini-baguette
Our company produce many interesting types of breads and loaves, among them are the baton "Lithuanian". Why it is called so I don't know, but my kids like it very much in version of the mini-baguettes. I'm cooking a mini-baguettes in the bread maker, it is very convenient. It turns out very tasty, crispy baguette with a "Twist" in the form of a strip of mayonnaise.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    70 ml

  • Flour

    130 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    0.25 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 tsp
