Why it is called so I don't know, but my kids like it very much in version of the mini-baguettes. I'm cooking a mini-baguettes in the bread maker, it is very convenient. It turns out very tasty, crispy baguette with a "Twist" in the form of a strip of mayonnaise.

Cooking
