Chocolate mousse
My kids loved it from the mousse.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cream

    350 ml

  • Gelatin

    2 piece

  • White chocolate

    100 g

  • Jam apricot

    60 g

Cooking

Gelatin soaked in cold water

Cream whip

In a water bath to melt the chocolate

Squeeze the gelatine and add to melted chocolate.

To remove our bath chocolate, add the jam and leave aside.

Eggs, beat in a water bath (WATER SHOULD NOT BOIL)

Until thickish consistency

Egg mixture, remove from heat and enter the chocolate apricot marmalade

Then enter cautiously, from below upwards, whipped cream.

On top close foil and in the refrigerator for 2 hour
