Peppers stuffed in puff pastry
Puff pastry - very tasty, and stuffed peppers - very tasty. Why not combine these two delicious?..

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    8 piece

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    500 g

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Minced meat

The dough thawed at room temperature for 20-25 minutes. To prepare semi-finished stuffed peppers (learning will not, on the website enough recipes for this dish).

The puff pastry out thinly, preferably in one direction (i.e. from center in any direction, but the rolling pin on the dough to return back). A layer of dough cut into 4 rectangles, which, in turn, cut into triangles. Each triangle can be a little more roll out. On each triangle of dough to put a small stuffed peppers.
