Cooking

step-0
Softened margarine, cut into pieces and mix with 3 tbsp of sugar. Add the sifted flour 1 Cup (may need a little more) and 1 tbsp of poppy seeds and knead non-sticky dough.
step-1
The dough cover with film and put for 20-30 minutes in the cold. For sand foundations to prepare form 22 cm in diameter, jelly - 18 cm
step-2
Thawed raspberries (several berries postpone for decoration) and blend it in a blender, RUB through a sieve. In puree, add a little water to bring the volume to 400 ml. to Shift mashed potatoes in a pan, add 4 tbsp sugar (amount of sugar, adjust to your taste), 1.5 tsp (if in doubt, you can 2 tsp) agar-agar. Stirring constantly, bring mixture to a boil, boil for 1 minute. Cool slightly and pour jelly into pre-prepared shape with a diameter of 18 cm and put into the cold for 40-50 minutes. I have used split cake form, zastelil the bottom with cling film.
step-3
Now remember about our dough))) roll out the Dough on baking paper to a thickness of 0.5-0.7 cm and with a paper to transfer to the form (22 cm), to form a side height of 1.5-2 cm and put into the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Form for sand foundations must be of a greater diameter than the form for jelly! Bake the cake in a well preheated oven at t 170-180 gr. about 20-25 minutes, be guided by your oven. Ready cake cool down completely.
step-4
While baked basis for Tarta and the jelly hardens, you can prepare the cream. To prepare the cream fast days I have used soy milk and dry mixture "Vanilla cream", you can also use a dry mixture of "Whipped cream" (just be sure to look at the composition, it needs to be without additives of animal origin!). Soy milk can replace coconut, perhaps it will be even tastier, but I found it on sale.
step-5
So, soy milk add dry mixture and 1-2 tablespoons of sugar and beat with a mixer for 3 minutes until you get fluffy cream. Cream keeps the shape well, taste like whipped cream.
step-6
Half of the cream to grease the shortbread base and sprinkle with pine nuts. The second half of the cream put in a piping bag.
step-7
It's time to build our Tarta. Delicately remove frozen jelly from the mold and place on a prepared Foundation.
step-8
On a circle decorate with cream, sprinkle with coconut flakes and raspberries (whole berries after defrosting look fresh)))...
step-9
Here's a beautiful and unusual tart turns out. This recipe is very helpful, if for Lent we have a birthday, anniversary, important events or any other family celebration!
