Sweet biscuits in Korean
In Korea, this dessert is considered a delicacy. They appeared in the country quite a long time. Mention of it is contained in the Chronicles of the period of the Koryo dynasty. The ginger root needs to be cleaned and RUB on a small grater. Make a syrup from water and sugar, bring to boil, put it in ginger and simmer for 15 min. then the syrup to cool.

Cooked, sieved flour, pour sesame oil, stir until smooth. Pour in vodka and add the cooled syrup with honey. Knead the dough. If you find that the liquid is not enough, can add in the 1st. L. of cold water until the dough becomes more or less elastic. (prescription is not necessary, but I apparently evaporated syrup, so added a bit)
