Baskets of pastries with hot chocolate-walnut filling.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    0.6 kg

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    20 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    50 g

  • Margarine

    50 g

  • Salt

    0.1 tsp

  • Walnuts

    15 piece

  • Nuts

    50 g

  • Chocolate milk

    150 g

  • Cream

    2 Tbsp

Knead rich yeast dough according to Your favorite recipe. I make my sponge method, in 2 stages. First, prepare the sourdough: in the lightly beaten eggs add the warm milk, sugar, yeast and a little flour, put in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.

Then add soft margarine, vegetable oil, salt and stir the mixture, gradually add flour, put in a warm place for at least an hour. The dough is ready!

Divide the dough into small portions. Forms for baking cakes grease with vegetable oil.

Fill in the form of tests is not more than half.

Nuts wash, dry, brush with vegetable oil.

In the middle of each mold place a walnut, lightly press. Leave to raise dough for 10-15 minutes, bake in the oven at t 180 gr. within 35-40 minutes.

Prepare the filling: grind the nuts, chocolate melt in a water bath, add cream, mix well.
