Cooking
1. Let's start with cooking basics for this mix the flour, sugar, salt, eggs (1 whole egg and 1 yolk) and mix everything.
2. Then add the oil and knead smooth elastic dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put into the fridge for 1 hour.
3. Next, prepare the filling. Just washed the black currants and covered in sugar.
4. Then prepare graviola souffle. Mix sugar, sour cream, vanilla, starch, eggs.
5. All the products prepared, it's time to bake a pie. To start, roll the dough and using the rolling pin stand in the form (oiled), and put bake the base (without the filling) for 10 minutes. (Test a little left, but I adapted it for a biscuit with marmalade).
6. Then take out the base and lay black currants, pour the sour cream mixture and put in to bake in the oven for 40-60 minutes.
