Chicken roll with vegetables
This impressive dish will be a festive table decoration. For a basis I took the recipe from the book series "Good food"

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    200 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Mushrooms

    50 g

  • Cauliflower

    50 g

Products. The basis of this roll is muslin, which is a puree of tender meats or fish (in this case chicken), jointed egg whites with cream. Vegetables you can choose different, but they were colored, then cut the finished roll formed interesting color pattern.

Chicken fillet to turn into a puree using a blender. Cookware and ingredients in the cooking process better cooling. Add the egg whites, puree with a mixer, pour the cream, season with salt and pepper, mix thoroughly. Ready mashed potatoes to put in the fridge.

Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables for the rolls. Carrots, zucchini and pepper cut into long strips, mushrooms wash, cut, prepare inflorescence of cabbage. Vegetables slightly boil and rinse with cold water.

To take a long baking dish, cake pan, grease it with oil, the bottom vystelit baking paper. Put the first layer of muslin, flatten it. On top lay out strips of carrot.

Again cover with a layer of muslin and put another layer of vegetables - zucchini and pepper.

Finally, a final layer of mushrooms and Kale.

Top coat with remaining layer of muslin. Close the form foil, placed in a water bath and put in a preheated 150 * oven for 30 -40 minutes.

The baked rolls to cool, place them on a dish to dry, decorate to your liking.
