Gulchehra
The recipe I "gave" a neighbor. I suspect that the very idea of cooking non-exclusive, and even - not original, but it turns out very tasty:).

Ingredients

  • Chicken

  • Sour cream

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

  • Dill

Cooking

Chicken carcass to cut into convenient serving pieces.

Put in a pot with thick walls (mine is the cauldron), add a little water and put on fire.

Sour cream dissolve about 1 Cup of water...

...and add to meat. Salt. Yes, keep in mind that sour cream can curl up, and this is a normal process.

When the broth boils, cast about a Cup into a separate bowl to cool and stir in 1-1,5 tbsp flour (amount of flour depends on the amount of the resulting broth for stewing).

In butter spasserovat onions.

Chop the dill, mash the garlic (if the dish is suitable to the child table, then the garlic, of course, is cancelled:) although my two year old child with pleasure eats food "with the smell of garlic")

To the well-braised chicken (cooking time stated is approximate, each master plate is its power, and each family has a limit of patience. I cooked at pretty high heat, so just turned) add first the broth diluted therein flour, then fennel, then garlic.

Give a little brew. Serve with your favourite side dish. But if there is fresh bread - I recommend to take a deep dish and as a garnish just pour a little more gravy-sauce!
