Meat a La
Another pellet of meat and vegetables. Cabbage gives an unusual flavor, and the presence of beer in the batter complements it.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    300 g

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Onion

    150 g

  • Meat

    1 kg

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

  • Beer

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

grate the carrots into strips (for "Korean" grater)

finely shred the cabbage

chop the onion half rings

meat strips (actually have pork, but I did with chicken, also delicious!)

season with salt and pepper, drizzle with vinegar, stir and let stand for 30 minutes.

prepare the batter: mix beer, starch, salt, oil and add flour as much as needed, so it was like dough for pancakes. "Hodgepodge" to put in the batter and again mix well.

fry in a pan, spreading with a spoon, like pancakes
