Three days at home. The holiday is not a holiday, when the house is not "sweet". After wandering around the Internet, found several recipes of cakes of dough. The recipe of the cream was taken from my mother's old notebook. Combining all together, it's a good result.

Cooking
1. Cheese + eggs + sugar blend
2. Sift flour, add baking powder, vanilla, salt – mix well

4. The dough is put in a plastic bag and send for 12 hours in the refrigerator.
5. Take the dough from the refrigerator, divide it into 10 parts and roll the balls back in the fridge, will take one ball and bake.
6. Before baking cakes to make the custard: 4 eggs beat with a mixer by adding 2 tbsp. of sugar, a packet of vanilla. Continuing to whisk, add a little milk (≈1 Cup) and a little bit adding all the flour, continue whisking with a mixer to avoid lumps.
7. The remaining milk is poured into aluminum pan (I have a steel pan). Here pour whipped mixture and put on a small fire
8. Take a whisk, and without departing from the pan constantly stir, without stopping, until the liquid go into a thick mixture. (I have time left ≈ 15-20 minutes)
9. The cooked cream cool (as in an aluminum pot for a long time it is impossible to keep the products, you can put the cream in another bowl). Once the cream has cooled, add soft butter and beat with a mixer. The cream is ready.
10. the oven is heated to 1800С.
11. On baking paper with a pencil to draw an outline around a large dish (diameter 25cm), and flip the paper. The circle is clearly visible.
12. Paper outline pritrusit lightly with flour, put the dough and lay another sheet of baking paper. With a rolling pin roll out thin layer.
