Rissole with tuna and yogurt sauce
Want to offer delicious and juicy pies. While simple in execution, the sauce adds spice. My little mean spirited just loves them)) these cakes will not leave anyone indifferent.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Olive oil

    100 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Tuna

    200 g

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Lemon

    0.25 piece

  • Parsley

  • Yogurt

    3 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

    0.5 piece

  • Horseradish

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

For the dough sift flour, add salt. Gradually pour in the olive oil and warm milk. Hands knead smooth dough. To form a ball, wrap in clingfilm and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Onion, parsley and pepper finely chop. Lemon peel, remove the seeds and also finely chop.
