Cooking
The chocolate filling is to cook it in advance. Break the chocolate. Milk to boil and immediately pour it into the chocolate. Wait 30 seconds, then slowly stir until chocolate is completely dissolved. Then add the Nutella. And again mix well until smooth.
After you pour it in molds for ice. Put in the freezer for 2-3 hours or until fully cured cubes.
For spicy triangles. Spinach wash and cut. Boil water and blanch 5 minutes.
Grate cheese on a grater. Here, of course, cheese choose according to your taste, desire and opportunity. But Parmesan is absolutely necessary, it adds flavor. Mix the cheese with the spinach.
Remove the phyllo dough, lay it on a work surface. since it dries very quickly, over the dough, place a damp towel. Melt the butter and cook the brush. For the chocolate triangles I use two sheets of phyllo, cut them into two strips. Grease the surface with oil.
Next, put the cube of chocolate and begin to collapse. To get a more smooth and beautiful shape, so fold the edge.
Then continue to fold triangle. A very good option of folding, stuffing 100% will always remain inside and not leak out.
Preheat the oven to 200 C. On a baking sheet spread with triangles and the upper hand once more lubricating oil. Bake until Golden brown 10-15 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
But with a spicy filling I use one sheet of dough and cut it into three strips. Then everything is exactly the same as with the chocolate filling. Only the cooking time slightly decrease. In principle, and the chocolate filling can be put in one sheet, but I have too much of ice form where I froze the chocolate. Chocolate squares came out great. I had 14 large chocolate triangles and 12 small spicy. They can be frozen and cook when needed and in the right amount, it is very convenient! All a pleasant appetite!
