Cooking
To prepare the recipe I used 200 g of polyester, glass and the shape, size, 18*27, see First make the almond base: pour the almonds in the bowl of a blender (chopper). Grind but not flour to felt small pieces of nuts. Add the vanilla sugar with natural vanilla, sugar, soft butter and sour cream, mix in blender.
Add the flour and baking powder and whisk.
Form cover with foil, leaving edges to make it easy to remove the finished dessert. The bottom and sides of foil, carefully grease with vegetable oil. Spread the almond paste, flatten. Put in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
While baked basis, prepare the cheese cream: in a blender mix the cheese, eggs, sour cream, sugar, lemon juice, flour and vanilla sugar.
Remove the base (oven do not power off!), spread on top of cream cheese, flatten and put back in the oven for half an hour at the same temperature.
While the cream is baked, prepare the cherry syrup: in a small saucepan put the cherries, add 5 tbsp sugar and pour 100 ml of boiled water. Cook 20 minutes after boiling. Then drain the syrup from the cherries, add remaining 3 tbsp sugar and cook for another 10 minutes. The finished syrup to cool.
Dessert cooked remove from the oven, be careful to get out of shape over the edges of the foil. Allow to cool without removing foil!
Pour a thick cherry syrup.
Carefully bend the edges of the foil, cut into pieces. A shovel to put the dessert on the dish.
Can bring to the Christmas table! Very tasty! By itself, the dessert is not too sweet, but here the cherry syrup is doing its job! It gives a pleasant aromatic sweetness and slightly sour like a drop of bright summer!
So cozy, homey, but at the same time, so festive, this wonderful dessert will bring you real pleasure!
