I want to share with you the recipe of delicious cake. This recipe was found by me on Internet open spaces, but modified a little the tastes of my family. This cake will delight chocolate lovers, because it is very-very chocolate

Cooking
The necessary ingredients for chocolate sponge cake
Brew strong coffee, mix it with cocoa and sour cream. Give the mixture to cool slightly.
Butter room temperature beat until fluffy, then add the sugar and beat another 5-6 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, each time well whisking.
To beaten egg-oil mixture, add the sifted flour with soda. Do this in several stages, alternating with the cooled cocoa mixture.
Divide the dough into 3 parts. Shape of 24 cm covered with baking paper, lubricated with oil. Bake each cake for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Be guided by your oven. Test with a toothpick, which should come out dry from the center. Carefully remove the cake from the mold, allow to cool completely on wire rack.
Move to making the caramel sauce. In a saucepan, mix sugar with water and put on medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture becomes a rich amber color. To add hot cream and a pinch of salt, stirring to hold the fire for another 2-3 minutes.
Cooking chocolate caramel cream Chocolate break and pour hot caramel sauce. Allow to cool at room temperature.
In the cooled chocolate-caramel mixture gradually adding the butter. Beat well with a mixer until smooth.
Assembly Cream well to coat each cake and sides of our cake. To put the cake overnight in the fridge to really soak in. The cake is big, weighing just over two pounds.
