Chia pudding
Chia seeds just a storehouse of useful amino acids, vitamins, minerals and fatty acids omega-3. They are rich in fiber and antidiareynami. Pudding from Chia seeds can be a great alternative to your morning porridge. It can be prepared in the evening and in the morning just to get a jar out of the fridge. The same pudding can be a snack, and light dinner, and a wonderful dessert. Help yourself!

    4 Tbsp

  • Coconut milk

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Mango

    1 piece

  • Raspberry

    100 g

  • Sugar

Mix coconut milk, cow's milk and Chia seeds, optional-sweeten (add sugar, honey, maple syrup), mix thoroughly. You can just lay the jars, leaving space for the fruit layer. Refrigerate overnight (minimum 4 hours). When wet, Chia seeds secrete a gelatin, due to this and it turns out pudding.

For fruit layer in the blender, chop, puree mango and raspberries (sweet tooth you can also add sugar if necessary). At this stage you can include fantasy, experiment with different tastes by adding any fruits and berries. In the glass layers to lay out the pudding and fruit purees.
