Chicken Moroccan
The recipe is pretty simple, and the result is perfect! Cutlets are delicate, some weightless, very tasty and unusual. May be for a festive Christmas table and not served, but the holidays are long, and the family must be fed every day and, preferably, good.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    600 g

  • Couscous

    0.5 cup

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

Couscous pour into a saucepan and pour a glass of boiling water, cover with a lid and leave for 5-7 minutes. Recline on a sieve and let cool.

In the stuffing add small cubes pepper, chopped coriander, salt, curry and the cooled couscous. Mix well.

Sculpt from 15 small minced round cutlets

In one plate place flour, in another the egg and stir it with a fork. Each cutlet first dip them in flour, then bathe in the egg.

Put on the fire a frying pan, heat it, pour vegetable oil. Lay out patties. The pan cover with a lid and fry the patties for 7 minutes on each side.

The cutlets spread on a beautiful dish. The side dish for these chops is optional, and they do contain it. Quite a simple tomato salad and fresh herbs. Help yourself!
