Cooking

step-0
Cooking time is given without time for marinating. Cut the beef into steaks across the grain thickness is 2-2,5 see
step-1
Mix the ingredients for the marinade. Add soy sauce (Teriyaki I have) and sesame oil. If you don't use Teriyaki, a simple soy sauce, increase the amount of garlic by 1 clove and the amount of sugar 0.5 tbsp
step-2
Marinate the meat in the marinade. Add chopped green onions, firmly Packed in a plastic bag and leave at least 3 hours in the refrigerator. During this time several times to turn the bag.
step-3
Half an hour before cooking to get the beef out of the fridge to reach room temperature. Wait until the coals are gray flecked with ashes, and cook steak for 2 minutes on each side, turning every two minutes. Be sure to turn shipname, not with a fork!!! A fork will pierce holes and will make the beef dry. Just cook about 8 minutes (for rare, well done). If you need a smaller roasting, the cooking time is reduced.
step-4
Remove steaks from heat and let rest 5-7 minutes. Then thinly slice, sprinkle with green onions and large sea salt. Serve with fresh vegetables.
