Offer to cook a very simple dish of Bolivian cuisine. The Bolivian cuisine is quite hearty, simple, no frills. Roast chicken is a Prime example that deserves attention. Very tasty! Cooking will take less than half an hour. Help yourself!

Cooking
Onion peel, finely chop. Chicken fillet wash, dry, cut into small pieces. Potatoes, wash, peel and cut into slices.
In a pan heat the oil, add the chicken and the potatoes and fry until soft on medium heat. Then add the onion and fry until tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
Put on plate, add the peas. Drizzle with vinegar (if desired) and stir. The finished dish decorate with slices of fresh tomato and boiled egg. Bon appetit!
