Ovsyannik
Airy, crumbly, delicious, unusual ovsyannik. Those who like oatmeal, owsianik have to taste. In my family, not everyone wants a Breakfast cereal of rolled oats, so I did not insist on my ovsyannik liked. But eating all... Opposers of porridge in the morning, I owsianik was served coffee with condensed milk.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1 kg

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Milk

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Essence

  • Leavening agent

    20 g

  • Almonds

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Proteins whisk with sugar separately.

Pan dry cooker, lubricate (any) oil.

The bottom sprinkle with ground almonds.

So prepare the dough: oatmeal, egg yolks, sour cream, milk, butter, salt, rum essence (optional), baking powder dough mix well and whisk. To connect with protein (mix with caution "only" with a spoon). To shift the dough in the pan and sprinkle the top with nuts.

Bake in the preheated oven until it will turn brown. My oven is new, so the time left for baking 50 minutes at 180 degrees.

Ovsyannik air, hot cut is not very good. I have 8 servings, can be more.
