Lagman
Once, during a holiday in Sudak we with friends went to obscure little cafes. As in the cafe prefer to try dishes that do not ever try to, ordered Laghman. After a short time the waiter brought a bowl full of noodles with meat and vegetables. The flavor from the dish came mind-blowing, and the taste was beyond praise.
