Description
Schinkenflecken is an Austrian dish nothing like a casserole of noodles. The roots of this dish is closely associated with French cuisine. It was there that one skilled cook came up with the idea to assemble in one dish, all that was left after the lunch, pour the beaten eggs and place in oven. Throughout history, "Sykepleien" improved thanks to the tireless creative search of the best Austrian chefs, and is now known in hundreds of different ways of cooking. In addition, each artist tends to add their own special ingredients and sauces.
