I have often left the yogurt "Rastishka", and a small portion, 50 grams -100 - daughter first asks to take, and then not eating. Here found a good recipe for muffins, in the original proportions a lot more cottage cheese you can use either, the consistency is similar to the "Froot loops", the baking is gentle and soft. I recommend to use different additives - cocoa (marble school), raisins, dried apricots, nuts. What would I do without additives.

  • Leavening agent

RUB the yolks with the sugar into white (to cream), separately grind "Wheaties" and soft butter, the two masses mix.

Sift the flour and baking powder (mix - it is quite a thick dough), separately beat the whites with a pinch of salt and gently add to the batter. You can add raisins, dried apricots, nuts, cocoa, etc.
