Plum-pecan pie
I was once at mass. There are different German firms exhibited their cakes. To be honest, my eyes just run away from the range. I saw there's a cake according to old grandma's recipes. The cake turns out juicy, sour plum and walnut flavor. I recommend to try. This is one of the favorite recipes my family and our friends.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    400 g

  • Champagne

    125 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    125 ml

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Flour

    320 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Drain

    500 g

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Cooking

Eggs beat well with sugar

Add the vanilla sugar and champagne

Add the vegetable oil

Now add the sifted flour and baking powder and whisk well our dough

Form grease with vegetable oil, pour the dough.

Plum wash, remove seeds and lay nicely on top of the dough. Warm up the oven to 180 degrees and send our cake to bake.

10 minutes later we get a cake and place on top of nuts. Send back to the oven to complete baking it for another 20 minutes.

Cook the syrup and the top brush will coat the finished and cooled cake. The syrup can be cooked before, just the principle "hot-cold". The syrup gives Shine to our pie.

Invite friends and family and sit down to drink tea.
