Cooking
Lightly beat the egg. Add milk, add water to the level of 350ml. Put the ingredients into the form in the order specified in the recipe. Program "Basic" (middle crust). Before baking make shallow diagonal cuts on the surface and repeat cuts in opposite direction so as to obtain the diamonds (why do I not understand, but did).
After baking to get ready a loaf and put it on the grill to cool sufficiently.
Barley flour I had and I ground fine ground barley. Specifically a little bit left coarse and powdered bread, but do not suggest - it turns out rough. Luck :-) .
