Barbecue the Turkey in the oven
It is no secret that Turkey meat, especially the breast dry. I want to offer you absolutely dietary option of kebabs, which turn out no worse than on the fire. And the meat is juicy, flavorful and tender!

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Salt

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Yellow bell pepper

    1 piece

  • Green bell pepper

    1 piece

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Breast of Turkey

    1 kg

For barbecue, I took 1 kg Turkey home, which have grown yourself. The Turkey cut into small cubes.

Place in bowl, lightly salt, add soy sauce "Kikkoman", stir, let stand for 2-3 minutes.

Add the yoghurt. Stir, try for salt, if more salt, to add salt to taste. Leave to marinate at room temperature for 2 hours, if place in refrigerator to marinate at least 4 hours.

Pepper wash, cut into square plates to fit the size of the meat. Next, spread on a metal Turkey skewers alternating with pepper.

The skewers lay on a baking sheet or a baking dish. The Turkey liberally sprinkled with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time I turned on the grill function.
