Cooking
In a bowl to marinate put the spices and pepper. Cut into rings onion, a sorrel, chop it. Hands not much go on "mash" and mix the spices with the onions and sorrel.
Pour COLD water without gas ( I have well water) and soy sauce. The marinade mix.
Chicken cut in portions and put in the marinade. Mix thoroughly and leave for 3 hours minimum. During the period of marinating, a couple of times to mix ( turn) the chicken in the marinade. Roast on the grill until tender.
