Pancake casserole with mushrooms
Tasty casserole for a Sunday lunch with the family. Also perfect for a hearty Breakfast or dinner. Liked, to both adults and children. Each housewife has a recipe for their pancakes, so I just pointed to the approximate number of pancakes. You may need more or less. I have a form of rectangular, so I had to cut bilney in half to put a layer of beautiful. If the shape is round, use a pancake.
