The dough defrosts. I always prefer to use unleavened dough, but if someone prefers the yeast, it is not forbidden. Divide the dough into 12 parts. (Photo six and six-over :-))
Cheese cut into 12 pieces so that each puff got more or less an equal amount of cheese.
In the middle of the rolled out square of dough put a teaspoon of apricot jam.
Wrap your favorite way. I just have envelopes.
Put on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
