Description
The idea took the cake "Monastic hut", and I have accordingly turned the Pancake Hut! Cake dessert, served cold. Bang goes the children.

Cooking
Milk, flour, eggs and vegetable oil start the dough for pancakes. Of course, put in the batter salt and sugar. Of flour put as much as you take the dough, pouring it in small portions. The batter should be the consistency of a good cream. Bake pancakes as usual.
For the filling, prepare the cheese cream: whisk the curd with sugar, vanilla, sour cream in a homogeneous mass. We do not add the cream to the egg because the cake will be baked and raw eggs to us it is useless. Add in cottage cheese nuts and stir.
For each pancake put a couple of tablespoons of cream cheese, berries cherries and fold the pancake into a roll.
Rolls lay out "the hut" - every layer on one pancake less on the dish on which the cake will be served. Each layer of pancake rolls lubricated whipped with sugar cream.
When we got high enough "the hut", liberally lubricated it with whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate. The cake at least an hour need to send in the refrigerator.
In front of such a cake will not stand neither adults nor children. The cake serving tea with lemon or compote of berries. Bon appetit!
