Japanese dumplings
Incredibly tasty and unusual dumplings; if they are relatives of ours, then very distant, but no less delicious. Long searched for the original recipe and found one on a Japanese website. And since there's plenty of fans of Japanese cuisine, I decided to share what is already tested on themselves. If You have tried gaze in the restaurant, I will tell You one thing: homemade is much tastier!

Well, let's start to prepare our gaze. Prepare the stuffing: mix several types of meat, crumble it well with your hands, add the sugar, soy sauce, mirin (sake I did not have), oyster sauce (or broth or spicy sauce (he also pronounced the fish a sweet flavor)), sesame oil (this essential oil will give smell and taste to our meat, so do not spare money to buy it, because it does not replace. Yes, and yourself will be delighted with the pleasant aroma of this oil). Well, we enjoy the smell of oil, and the stuffing have not yet added all the ingredients: add the remaining ginger, black pepper and garlic.

Now for the cabbage, it is an integral ingredient Heze, take about 6 or 7 sheets just obtained 300 g. wash and cut the thickest part. And here there are several ways to add cabbage to the meat: the first is raw and the second is a piece of cake. I tried both, but since my husband is not a fan of cabbage, I had to stop for a second. But I'll tell you about both methods, although the photo will be only one. So, for raw way cabbage finely cut into cubes and sprinkle with salt, leave for an hour to let the cabbage juice, then carefully squeeze the juice and add the squeezed cabbage in the stuffing.
