Honey sponge cake with condensed milk in microwave
I often cook various biscuits in the microwave! It's quick and tasty. Recipe from the category of "Guests on the threshold". After the cake is baked 6 minutes and 10 minutes is for decoration and impregnation! The taste is just mega honey! And boiled condensed milk gives the cake a caramel taste, try!!!

Ingredients

  • Honey

    5 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    9 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    3 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Flour

    12 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Condensed milk

    1.5 can

  • Berry

  • Potato starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    12 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

In a bowl, mix honey, powdered sugar, salt, baking powder ( or soda), milk, vegetable oil, starch and egg.

Sift the flour, mix and bake in microwave oven 6 minutes at 800 WATTS.

Cut into 2 Korzh, cool and soak.

Sandwich cake boiled condensed milk ( 1 Bank), coat the top and sides of cake ( 0,5 banks). Berries to wash out, sort out and decorate her cake.
