Raspberry Turkish delight
Very delicate raspberry dessert.

Ingredients

  • Raspberry

    1 cup

  • Brown sugar

    250 g

  • Starch

    85 g

  • Gelatin

    2 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

1. Soak gelatine in 8h. L. water. Raspberries RUB through a sieve and add water to 300 ml.

2. Put on medium heat, add sugar.

3. After 15 minutes, add the starch and cook until mixture becomes very thick (about 7-10 minutes)

Remove from heat, cool slightly and add the dissolved gelatin.

Pour in the form, leave overnight in the cold. (form of preliminary sprinkle starch)

Cut into diamond shapes, sprinkle with icing sugar.
