Marmalade gooseberry

  • Gelatin

Prepare the products.

In a Cup put the gelatine and pour 0.5 Cup cold water.

Gooseberries wash. Spread in a pan, add 0,5 glass of water. Put on the fire. Bring to a boil. Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes, and throws the berries in a fine sieve. Wipe berries. The resulting mass pour into a saucepan and put on fire.

In a pot of berry puree add the sugar. Bring to a boil. Cook on slow fire for 10-15 minutes. Add gelatin. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
