Pasta with vegetables and squid
Fresh, seasonal vegetables and tender squid in soy-tomato sauce, a great addition to pasta.

Ingredients

  • Squid

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chili

    0.5 tsp

  • Pasta

    100 g

Cooking

Vegetables peel and slice thinly.

Squid cut into thin rings.

Chop garlic, mix with the Chile (if you don't like spicy, you can not add).

Pan with oil well to heat. Fry the garlic briefly, until slightly rosy color.

Put squid, lightly fried.

Add the vegetables and fry on high heat, stirring occasionally, cover to cover.

After 5 minutes, add soy sauce and ketchup. Stir and fry for several minutes.

Boil pasta.

Put in the vegetables with sauce, stir and serve.
