Cooking
The first secret to these meatballs - fresh mushrooms. What you can find! I have shampinonchiki.
Finely chop a large onion, garlic, mushrooms and... sauerkraut (this is the second secret!).
On a heated pan put the pieces of butter (about 80 grams) and lightly fry the onions, garlic and mushrooms. Allow to cool.
