Burgers from the Bavarian chef
Recipe from the cookbook Andreas Geitl "bavarois brilliant"! From simple ingredients to cook a very special dish?! Here's an example!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    600 g

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Roll

    4 slice

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Sauerkraut

    3 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Horseradish

    1 tsp

  • Marjoram

    1 tsp

  • Spices

  • Parsley

    3 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

The first secret to these meatballs - fresh mushrooms. What you can find! I have shampinonchiki.

Finely chop a large onion, garlic, mushrooms and... sauerkraut (this is the second secret!).

On a heated pan put the pieces of butter (about 80 grams) and lightly fry the onions, garlic and mushrooms. Allow to cool.

The recipe was supposed to whisk 3 eggs and "soak" in them raskrashennoy into pieces a loaf of bread (from me: I added milk because the bread in the eggs stood stake! Submit a comment to the chef :-D ).

The stuffing can be taken and fatter. I had a mixture of beef and pork. Add to the minced finely chopped sauerkraut and soaked the bun.

Add a dollop of mustard, grated horseradish, marjoram, salt, pepper. The recipe is supposed to add a spoonful of curry, but to me this "hint" did not like. More add curry will not.

Add to the mince the cooled fried mushrooms with onions. Finely chopped parsley. Mix well.

Form small patties and fry them on a pan in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil.

    Что за манера коверкать чужие рецепты? У этой мадам супер завышенная оценка и пиарится за счет известных людей. А может это транс, раз у него (нее) встает колом?!
