Cabbage-fish salad
Juicy and hearty salad.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1 cup

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Fish fillets

    200 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Shred the cabbage and knead with your hands.

Pre-boil the fish fillets. Cut into small pieces.

To the cabbage add the finely chopped cucumber.

Fish fillet stir-fried with onions.

Cool fish fillet and add to the salad. Stir. Fill with sunflower oil, season with salt and pepper and serve with greens.
