Salad with canned fish from Lisa
The recipe for this salad brought a friend from Poland. Now, often preparing it. Light salad, great for snacking.

Ingredients

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Corn

    1 can

  • Pickled cucumber

    3 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Couscous

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Steamed 1/2 Cup couscous, cover, let stand. Pour into a bowl, allow to cool.

Canned fish mash with a fork, add to grits along with the butter. Canned, you can use any equally delicious and the tuna with sardines. Add the corn, finely chopped cucumber, and herbs. Stir, season with vegetable oil.

If necessary, add salt-pepper to taste I don't add anything, pickles and preserves give enough taste.
