Cooking
To make the dressing: chop the garlic and use a blender to whip into a homogeneous pink fluffy mass with cheese, sour cream and cooked a nice beet, huh? salt and pepper to taste
Spread on a large plate layer the finely diced potatoes (I was not salted when cooked) and cover with the beetroot and cheese sauce.
Then layer the chopped small cubes of cucumber and sauce again thoroughly lubricated.
Layer peas, and egg yolks.
All evenly covered the remains of the beet-cheese sauce, sprinkle top grated on a fine grater quince.
Then cover the entire salad grated on a fine grater protein. Decorate with peas, pomegranate, parsley leaves and rosettes of tomatoes... and you can eat... a pleasant appetite!!! :)
