Cooking
Our main ingredients. Cod fillets (or other fish) cut into pieces, parsley (or cilantro) wash, dry and take only the leaves.
Skewers, while we prepare the ingredients you need to soak in water (turning occasionally). It is necessary that during the cooking they started to burn. Although I, even so, a little burnt with the pointed end.
Prepare the marinade. Mix the yoghurt, turmeric, paprika, pressed garlic, oil (TM "Oleyna"). Pepper and salt to taste. You can gently (!) to oversalt, because the fish are not salty.
Place the fish in the yogurt marinade, gently stir and put aside for half an hour.
Fish sauce, you can get ready or prepare. The leaves of greens (cilantro, parsley) and garlic-punched in the blend with the oil, paprika and salt (to taste).
Add a little vinegar. The sauce is ready!
After half an hour or more, our fish strung on wooden skewers. And put in a refractory form, lined with foil. It will "work", as a reflective surface.
I got 6 skewers. The oven turn on high (I have 240 degrees), warmed up and bake the skewers for 20 min.
