Most of the dishes with funchoza - salads, I offer You a recipe of a hot meal. They have always "nail program" on the holiday table. This dish used to be my grandmother, but with meat, but my mother prepare it in two options - with meat and shrimp. Both options are delicious. The preparation of this dish does not require much effort. I hope it will be in your "Pets" as we do.

Cooking
Chop the onion half rings, chop the cabbage.
Cellophane I have here is You can have any other, better on potato starch. Cook according to instructions on the package, do not add salt. Mine had to boil for 7 minutes. Drain the water, cut funchoza scissors, that was not too long, I do it right in the pot.
To thaw the shrimp, I have Royal. On a small amount of vegetable oil, quickly fry them on both sides.
Saute in vegetable oil in a pot of cabbage, onions, peppers until soft, lightly salt.
Add to the cabbage funchoza, 1/2 Cup hot water, stir and add soy sauce until that was salty according to Your taste. I did 5 tbsp of soy sauce. Add the shrimp and mix gently.
For this dish I used soy sauce "KIKKOMAN".
