Casserole of chicken with potatoes - very good recipe. With its help it is possible to feed a family. Hearty, delicious and simple. It does not have to wrestle with the garnish.

  • Potatoes

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

Potatoes wash, peel and cut into slices. Fry the potatoes in hot vegetable oil in a frying pan until soft. Place it in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped dill.

Chicken fillet wash, dry and cut into small pieces. Then fry it in vegetable oil for 3 minutes and spread on top of potatoes.

Onions clear and finely chop. Mushrooms wash, dry and cut into slices. In vegetable oil fry the onion, then add the mushrooms and fry, stirring for 3-4 minutes. Put the mushrooms with onions on top of chicken.

Prepare the egg filling. Eggs stir with a fork, add sour cream and all stir again. Pour the milk, add salt and whisk lightly until smooth. Fill a casserole with egg filling.

Bake in heated to 180 degrees oven for 40 minutes. 5 minutes until cooked sprinkle casserole with grated cheese.
