To razobrat the oven to 220 degrees. You wash the potatoes and cut into quarters.
All the vegetables are put in shape, sprinkle with spices.
Put in oven for 1 hour. Every 15 minutes stir. For the last 15 minutes put the chopped garlic. Make a sauce. Sour cream put in a bowl.
Add the garlic and spices, the sauce is ready!!!
Put the potatoes and the sauce on the plate.
The sauce is very tasty!!!
