Cooking
On a platter spread layers: lettuce leaves – to dig with your hands;
cucumbers cut into thin slices;
chopped dill, parsley and Basil. Drizzle the salad with sour cream (is mayonnaise). Boiled eggs cut into quarters, tomatoes cut into slices. Spread around the salad, alternating the eggs with the tomatoes.
The sausage slice thinly and roll "Roses" to decorate our salad. Feta cut into cubes and arrange around the salad.
